What is your returns policy?
The specific returns policy for each semester is posted throughout our store and on your receipt. In general we offer a refund for one week after classes begin. (In-semester purchases are not returnable) In order to be eligible to return an item we require the following:

1. Paid Receipt
2. No writing in New Books

In addition, at our discretion we may ask for:

3. Price Tag with Correct Price
4. Class schedule/Drop slip
5. Student ID
