Book Horizons opened on January 27, 1953, when South Dixie Hwy. (US-1) was little more than a dusty, dirt road.

Many things have changed since then but Book Horizons is very similar to how it was 55 years ago.

We still have the same owner and the same philosophy--to provide used & new books with fast, personalized service in a friendly, family owned atmosphere.

We are happy to have this web-site to communicate with you but will never lose site of the fact that it is our high level of personal service that has been our trademark for over 50 years. There is always an owner or manager at the store to speak with you. (No voice mail spoken here!)
